Digital Dental X-Rays

Feline dental radiograph, canine dental radiograph, dental x-ray
Dental radiology is absolutely essential to diagnose dental disease below the gum line! At first glance teeth may look normal, but dental x-rays may reveal unhealthy roots, fractures, or other hidden defects.

Why Are Dental X-rays Important?

  • Effective dental care and treatment is based on an accurate assessment of the dental problems
  • ~60% of every tooth is hiding in the jaw bone
  • 100% of the inside of the tooth is hidden
  • The supporting jaw bone is not visible below the gums

Without Dental X-rays, disease is under-diagnosed or misdiagnosed and patients will continue to suffer in silence
