Vello


So what is Vello? ​Vello is a software platform that connects our pet owners with our practice.  It allows you to access your pet's health records, schedule appointments, and communicate with the veterinarian and team members.  It has many useful features, including:

Secure Health Records

• Pet owners can access their pet's health records, including vaccination records, test results, and prescription history.

Appointment reminders

• Pet owners receive automated reminders for appointments and health services.

Online scheduling

• Pet owners can request appointments directly through the Vello software or from health service reminders.

Pre-appointment instructions

• Pet owners receive reminders for samples, drop-off and pickup times, and recommended blood work.

Two-way texting

• Pet owners can communicate with their veterinarian and other support team members.

​How to log on:
As soon as we have your e-mail address on file, you'll receive an e-mail inviting you to use Vello.  Simply create your password to enter the service.

If you are an existing client and have never created an account, please click the "Vello" link to the right" to create an account and gain access to your pet's portal.  Be sure to use the same email that you have provided to our hospital for communication, or your pet's information will not correctly populate to the website.
